“The room was clean and comfortable, but there was no housekeeping service during our two-night stay, the shampoo pump bottle was empty, and the motorized curtains did not work. I asked the front desk clerk to have maintenance fix the curtains on the first morning, but nothing was done.”

“The staff was the best part of the hotel. They were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of updates/maintenance. The pool was unavailable during our stay. Breakfast needs more choices and the quality is average. The juice machine wasn't working.”

“I booked the hotel but got there to see a sign on the desk, saying pool was closed and sorry for inconvenience. Not hotels fault but it’d been nice to know when booking. I have a little one that likes to go swimming. Our room was fine but the door wouldn’t open often, after using keycard and light was green. I tried several times then went from 3rd floor to front desk to report concern. They gave a new card but I still had the same trouble so went back down to front desk. The guy told me it’ll work but I have to keep trying. I told him I tried numerous times. I’ve never had this trouble at any of my hotel stays and was very put off with the response he gave. He went up and tried the door and got it to open. After this, I still had troubles with the door but tried to just stay in the room. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hampton Inn until this stay.”

“The room was clean and bed was comfortable however there was a strong moldy or raw sewage smell in the room not sure where it was coming from either. Also the breakfast wasn't on par with other Hampton Inn I have stayed at.”

“Poor and spa were not working. Very humid in the facility. Staff were unwelcoming. Water all over the floor. Room was not properly stocked with supplies. Very disappointed and would not recommend”

“The girl who worked the front desk Sunday morning when I checked out was awesome! Always smiled. Room was so comfy and clean. Only negative part was pool and hot tub were not working”
